Just discovered! A new race living among us

A new race similar to humans where discovered living beneath the earth under the ice mass of Antarctica.  This new race is very similar to humans but certain DNA markers are slightly different.  The smaller stature is one aspect of this new race that sets them aside from humans.  There ability to not need sunlight or regular levels of oxygen also mark a difference.  Discovering this new race it as been hard to communicate with them since they do speak an unknown dialect.  Scientists are trying to uncover the linguistics of this race to further communications and discover the why these people are living underground and who they are.  It is believed that Antarctica could be the lost continent of Alantris and these people have been living underground since an earth change occurred thousands of years ago.  Many pictures have been discovered from this race to tell a sort of history of their people.  Scientists believe that the earth shifted it axis and this Continent once layed on the equator and was shifted to the south pole.  Scientist have discovered evidence of this being true with the discovery of tropical life deep under the ice.
The people of this supposive lost continent have been surviving by the warmth of the earth and the underground aqueducts for water.  Surprisingly they have been growing gardens with only the light of crystals.  These crystals that these people use have an ability to shed light and are also being investigated by scientists.  All the people found appear to be a good health and have a well established colony under the earths crust and appear to be very comfortable living hear.

Little Girl that wont go to sleep

Here I am laying in bed with my daughter who wont go to sleep.  My insomnia has been contracted to my daughter and now she has been having a  hard time sleeping too.  I am so tired too but cant seem to fall asleep peacefully unless I watch a black and white movie before bed.  Maybe I will let my daughter view a black and white movie before bed.  It is late and she continues to have bad thoughts that prevent her from sleeping.  This is very hard because her lack of sleeping is interfering with my ability to do my homework at night on top of interfering with my personal time to myself.  I will hopefully sleep well tonight and I hope my little girl sleeps soon with sweet dreams too.

Pet Peave Punishment

My number one pet peeve is lying.  I really detest when someone lies to me especially over something that is not important.  I think that a good punishment for those compulsive liars out there would be if they got caught they would need to wear a lie detector that would shock them when ever they decided to lie again.  This might show those liars the pain of their ways.

Oil Addiction

What is it going to take to make a change in the current dependency on oil in this country?  Considering the cost of oil and the ecological problems that have occurred with the production of oil we need a change.  The past catastrophic event of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico was a huge eye opener for a lot of Americans to see the impact that oil production has on the environment.  We have unfortunately long forgotten about the multiple past oil spills in the past.   Oil has become a necessary evil, with oil powering our transportation, heating our homes and being a tremendous danger to the environment to acquire.
The United States is the biggest oil consumers on the planet using 20,680,000barrels a day and only producing 8,457,000barrells per day.  Because our dependency is more than our supply we have become dependent on other countries for our oil addiction and this can cost us in many ways.  We are taking money away from the economy of the United States and giving it to the economies of foreign countries to the detriment of America.  With the price of gasoline and heating oil at around the same price of $3.20 per gallon and rising, people are thinking twice about if the need to drive somewhere or heat their homes with oil.  The price of oil has a trickledown effect on the rest of the economy.  Even alternative heating sources rise with the price of oil such as wood.  The products we buy in stores get to people by transporting them which is costing more money so we are seeing increases in the prices of food and other products at our stores.  One solution is the importance to keep in mind to buy local food.  Local foods are most of the time healthier for you as well as the environment since it has to travel less to get to you.  Buying local also supports your local economy and gives less dependence on other countries for our survival.
Living in a cold climate it is a necessity to have a warm home and most people find it crucial to have transportation so we need to find greener solutions to incorporate. We must ask ourselves if it is really necessary to be traveling at great distances on a regular basis, find others that can carpool with you or if the distance is close one can walk or ride a bike.  The transportation aspect is the place where corporations have a grip hold on the American people.  With the attempts at greener cars we still lack a solid solution that is effective enough to reduce gas consumption.  Throughout the United States there has been an increase of powering public transportation with bio-fuels or electricity but this doesn’t help the rural areas that cannot depend on public transportation. Throughout United States there has been an increase in wind power being incorporated for electricity which avoids oil consumptions.  At this time there is a not a lot of options for affordable wind power to be incorporated for individual usage.  Another way that we can use the environment for heat and electricity is through solar power which is more consumers friendly.  My only conclusion, buy local and stay local as much as you can.

Bumper sticker Ideas

Here are some bumper sticker Ideas

I should be walking or riding a bike but I am too lazy

This car will break fast if you are riding too close

I wish for peace in my mind and love in my heart

Love yourself, no one else is going to

Eat Organic and support local farmers

I brake for invisible things that I think I see in the road

If you don't love yourself, no one else is going to

Don't be a cancer upon the earth

Be the solution and not the problem

Pesticides are chemicals that kill things, including you
